Key Responsibilities

▸Customer Support — Provide timely, professional customer support via email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat — resolving inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests efficiently.

▸Order Fulfilment — Manage end-to-end order fulfilment including order processing, coordination with warehouse and courier partners, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.

▸Invoicing — Prepare and issue accurate invoices for online orders in compliance with UAE VAT regulations and internal accounting requirements.

▸Reporting — Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer service KPIs, order status, and inventory movement.

Flag emerging trends or operational issues to management.

Requirements

▸Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce support, online retail operations, or customer service role.

▸Hands-on experience with Shopify (order management, product updates, basic admin tasks) is required.

▸Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

▸Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data entry.

▸High attention to detail, particularly around invoicing accuracy and order processing.

▸Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

▸Background or working knowledge of the optical / eyewear industry.

▸Familiarity with UAE commercial and VAT invoicing practices.

▸Experience with CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias).

▸Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and e-commerce analytics.
