Overview
Manage and optimize our sales and operations across online 1P platforms (Amazon & Noon Retail / Vendor Central), 3P marketplaces (Amazon & Noon Seller Central), and Quick Commerce (Noon Minutes, Amazon Now, Talabat, Careem) to drive revenue and ensure seamless fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Platform Operations:** Oversee daily management of Vendor Central (1P), Seller Central (3P) and Q-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with each platform's SLAs.
- **Catalog & Content:** Create and optimize SEO-friendly listings, A+ content, and images to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- **Inventory & Fulfillment:** Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and dispute chargebacks for Vendor Central; coordinate rapid fulfillment, stock levels, and dark store inventory for Q-commerce and 3P apps.
- **Pricing & Campaigns:** Execute competitive pricing strategies, flash sales, and promotional campaigns.
- **Reporting & Support:** Track sales performance, resolve catalog/operational tickets with vendor support, and manage customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or similar.
**Experience:** 2–4 years managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Noon, and Q-commerce apps (Talabat, Careem, etc.) in the GCC.
**Key Competencies:** Deep understanding of 1P vs. 3P operational models, PO management, chargeback resolution, SEO, and MS Excel.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-delivery environment.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Revenue growth and profitability across all platforms.
- Reduced Vendor Central chargebacks/shortages.
- High on-time order fulfillment rate (crucial for Q-commerce).
- Strong account health and seller ratings.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
