About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and supporting overall e-commerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces
- Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions
- Monitor pricing, inventory, product performance, and marketplace health metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketplace activities
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Track competitor activities and suggest improvement strategies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and listing-related issues
- Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA / BBA / BCA / Graduation
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Only relevant candidates are requested to apply
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product listing optimization and marketplace SEO
- Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions
- Ability to analyze sales and performance metrics
