E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels across Shopify, Amazon UAE, and Noon.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace management, digital merchandising, order processing, inventory control, and performance optimization.

Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify store.

Create, optimize, and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and Noon.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates across all platforms.

Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversions.

Manage promotions, discounts, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.

Monitor sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

Coordinate with marketing teams to improve traffic and online sales.

Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.

Troubleshoot platform-related issues and implement improvements.

Minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce management.

Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Noon Seller.

Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace best practices.

Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Experience with digital marketing and paid marketplace advertising is a plus.

Experience in fashion, luxury goods, cosmetics, or consumer products.

Understanding of SEO and e-commerce conversion optimization.

Knowledge of Amazon PPC and Noon Ads is an advantage.
