Role Description
The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s online sales channels, product listings, and digital storefronts on a full-time basis.
This on-site role, based in the United Arab Emirates, involves maintaining accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels across e-commerce platforms.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring online orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring timely fulfillment, and responding to customer inquiries.
The E-commerce Specialist will analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements to increase conversions and enhance user experience.
The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations to support promotions, content updates, and overall digital growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in managing e-commerce platforms, including product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring key performance indicators related to online sales.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer service, communication, and coordination with internal teams such as logistics and operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing, including understanding of online promotions, SEO fundamentals, and content updates.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in e-commerce or retail, familiarity with electrical/electronic products, and strong attention to detail.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools, experience with inventory systems, and fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
