Delivery platform management
- Manage seller or merchant accounts on Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon and Keeta.
- Manage product listings, menu categories, descriptions, images, pricing and availability for delivery platforms.
- Review commissions, delivery fees, promotional costs and profitability; develop competitive pricing and plan promotions, discounts, bundles and seasonal campaigns.
- Improve product visibility, orders, conversion rates and ratings, and analyze competitor pricing, bestsellers and promotional activity.
Marketplace operations
- Manage Amazon UAE and Noon product research, sourcing opportunities, listings, pricing, inventory and orders.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images and categories; manage marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, platform fees, sales performance and profit margins, and develop strategies to grow marketplace revenue.
TikTok Shop and social commerce
- Manage TikTok Shop seller operations, product catalogues, pricing, promotions and creator partnerships where supported.
- Research trending or viral products and use creator collaborations, affiliate marketing and live-shopping strategies to develop profitable online sales.
- Stay current on platform developments and new selling opportunities.
Growth and performance
- Develop strategies to increase monthly sales, revenue and net profitability; recommend bestsellers and new product categories.
- Identify cross-selling, upselling and product-bundling opportunities and plan campaigns for seasonal gifting occasions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and monitor advertising returns, commissions, margins, conversion, orders, fulfilment, ratings and repeat purchases.
- Reduce unnecessary platform and promotional costs and improve contribution margins.
Required experience and skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE e-commerce or marketplace operations experience.
- Practical knowledge of food delivery merchant dashboards, especially Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon and Keeta.
- Strong Amazon UAE and Noon seller-account management experience.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, trending products and social commerce.
- Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, commission structures and promotional planning.
- Ability to manage products, optimize listings, analyze sales data and improve conversion rates.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for sales analysis and reporting.
- Strong commercial thinking, problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in cake, flower, gifting or related retail categories is highly preferred.
- The employer seeks someone who has personally managed seller or merchant accounts and can demonstrate measurable sales or profitability growth.
- The preferred candidate can research trends, launch listings, price products with commissions and delivery costs in mind, and manage daily operations alongside long-term growth strategies.
- Experience with flower shops, cake shops, gifting businesses or multi-category e-commerce companies is sought.
Pay
- Advertised pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month, based on experience and proven capabilities.
