Role overview
Manage and grow the company’s D2C website and online marketplace sales channels, including platforms such as Noon and Amazon.
Responsibilities
- Manage store and marketplace operations, product uploads, pricing, stock levels, and content.
- Create product descriptions, upload imagery, and optimize listings with keywords.
- Run and monitor digital campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on fulfillment, availability, and delivery.
- Track sales, traffic, conversions, and competitor pricing; prepare reports and improvement insights.
- Respond to escalated marketplace inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, inventory management, and basic digital marketing.
- Proficiency in reading sales data, web analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English is required and additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Pay
- AED 2,000–5,000 per month.
