Role objective
Achieve Al Seer Group e-commerce business objectives for an allocated customer and channel set.
Understand customer business models and coordinate engagement with Al Seer Group business groups and brands.
Key deliverables
- Develop business in the assigned customer and channel set.
- Maintain customer-platform product availability based on agreed MSL or customer models.
- Improve SKU content through engagement with brand owners, internal business groups, and customers.
- Support timely customer payments and returns.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with the top two customers and internal businesses.
- Review agency spending by customer.
- Identify customer engagement opportunities such as events, visibility opportunities, and sampling.
- Build e-commerce operating knowledge and skills within the team.
Qualification criteria
- At least two years of experience in FMCG or an analytical role.
- E-commerce experience.
- Graduate qualification; MBA preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Market knowledge or sales experience is desirable.
