Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace operations.
- A furniture background is required; the experience section specifies three years of furniture experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting, communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- UAE experience is preferred. Knowledge of online payment, delivery, returns, and order management processes is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings, prices, images, and stock availability; process orders from placement through delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, marketing, payment gateway, and delivery partners.
- Monitor inventory, online sales, website and marketplace performance, customer reviews, and feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, and exchanges; prepare sales reports and ensure online information is accurate.
Work location
- Work location is in person; Ajman is listed as the preferred location.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
