Overview
We are looking for someone who can build and scale Ecomswap’s seller acquisition engine through strong partners, sellers and consistent deal flow.
You’ll own relationships across the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem - working with agencies, operators, and founders to bring high-quality, exit-ready brands into the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building commercial relationships, and working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment with strong earning potential and real ownership from day one.

The Role
- You'll lead EcomSwap's partner and seller pipeline - the primary channel through which qualified founder referrals reach our Advisory team.
- Your mandate is to build the right relationships across the DTC and e-commerce agency ecosystem so that exit-ready founders consistently make their way to us.
- Transaction negotiation and deal execution sit with the Advisory team.
- You're accountable for everything that happens before - making sure only serious, exit-ready brands ever reach that stage.
- Day-to-day, you'll:
- Build and run the partner strategy end to end
- Identify and develop relationships with the agencies and operators serving 7–8 figure DTC and e-commerce brands (performance, CRO, email, Amazon and related agencies)
- Negotiate and formalise referrals with partners and sellers
- Manage a measurable partner pipeline inside HubSpot (CRM)
- Brief partners on Ecomswap's Ideal Seller Profile and what makes a brand exit-ready
- Drive a consistent flow of qualified referrals from active partners
- Run intro qualification calls - assessing revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
- Hand qualified opportunities cleanly to the Advisory team
- Track and improve intro-to-mandate conversion
- Be a credible face for Ecomswap within the DTC and agency world
- What makes you a good fit for the role?
- Have a
- track record of building strong partner and/or commercial relationships
- that produced measurable deal flow - ideally with experience in
- sales, business development, or founder-led commercial roles within the DTC/e-commerce ecosystem
- Can consistently
- turn warm introductions into signed commercial agreements
- Have
- strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
- , and are comfortable holding your own with agency founders, operators, and brand owners at senior level
- Have worked within or alongside the
- DTC, e-commerce, or e-commerce agency
- world
- performance, CRO, email/Klaviyo, paid media, Amazon, or another service provider supporting 7–8 figure brands
- Have a
- solid understanding of DTC unit economics, revenue channels, margins, and growth levers
- and can read a financial snapshot to assess whether a brand is exit-ready
- **Are KPI-driven**
- and structured in how you run a pipeline
- Are proficient in CRM workflows (i.e. HubSpot)
- **Are fluent or a strong communicator in written and spoken English**
- (essential - you'll be shaping the voice of the brand)
