About This Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online sales across marketplaces.

You will be working with leading UK cosmetics brands including Technic Cosmetics and W7 Cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations on Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and other marketplaces
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, keywords)
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates
  • Handle pricing, offers, and promotions to increase sales
  • Run and optimize marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, etc.)
  • Track performance (sales, conversion rates, ROI) and improve results
  • Coordinate order processing and resolve basic platform issues

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and social media promotions

Requirements:

  • Basic experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, or similar)
  • Understanding of online sales and product optimization
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Sales-focused mindset (goal is revenue, not just activity)
  • Experience in cosmetics or FMCG is a plus

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
