Role overview

Manage online sales and daily marketplace operations for a TV mounts and accessories business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other online sales platforms.
  • Update product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability.
  • Process online orders and coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor pricing, and customer reviews.
  • Support promotions and identify opportunities to increase online sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Arabic is preferred.

Compensation

  • Full-time role paying AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

Work location

  • Work is in person.
