Role overview

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to instructions and company standards; verify quantities, product specifications, and order information.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and pack items securely for transportation.
• Print and attach labels, invoices, packing slips, and other required documentation; sort orders by courier, delivery method, or schedule.
• Assist with receiving, checking, arranging, and replenishing inventory.
• Record packed orders, stock movements, and shipment preparation accurately.
• Keep the packing station and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, inventory personnel, and couriers for timely dispatch.
• Report shortages, damaged goods, incorrect items, and discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Meet daily packing targets and assist with stocktaking, returns, and other warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• No prior experience is required for willing candidates who undergo training.
• Previous e-commerce packing, warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics experience is advantageous.
• Able to read order details, identify products, and follow packing instructions.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order management systems are advantageous.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet daily targets, and handle packages while standing for extended periods.
• Responsible and punctual; able to work independently or as part of a team and assist with general warehouse duties.
