With a strong commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our operations in Doha and seeking an experienced **E-commerce Operations Manager** to oversee and optimize our online business processes.
Role Overview
The **E-commerce Operations Manager** will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and driving operational excellence across logistics, inventory, and customer service.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to scale operations in a fast-growing digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Manage inventory control, warehouse coordination, and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to enhance platform performance and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international e-commerce standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth.
- Lead and mentor operations staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on operational performance and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR25,000.00 per month
