E-commerce Operations Manager

About the Role

Order Processing and Dispatch

• Manage daily order processing and dispatch through Shopify and Unicommerce/Uniware.
• Ensure orders are allocated, picked, packed, documented, and dispatched within defined timelines.
• Monitor pending, unfulfilled, and stuck orders and resolve order or system issues.
• Ensure correct AWB, invoice, shipping label, and order documentation.

Logistics and Customer Delivery

• Coordinate courier and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delayed, stuck, lost, and undelivered shipments.
• Manage NDR cases, delivery re-attempts, RTOs, and recurring courier issues.
• Coordinate address corrections and other delivery interventions with customer service.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify, Unicommerce, and physical warehouses.
• Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate inventory mismatches.
• Monitor inward, outward, returns, damaged stock, and inventory adjustments.
• Ensure stock movements are correctly recorded in the system.

Prozo and 3PL Coordination

• Coordinate inventory inward, GRNs, stock transfers, gate passes, and transfer documentation with Prozo.
• Coordinate dispatch and logistics from the Prozo warehouse.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and follow up on pending inward and outward inventory.
• Ensure Prozo follows fulfilment and inventory processes and escalate issues through closure.

Returns and Operations Control

• Monitor customer returns and RTO inventory and ensure returned products are received and inwarded correctly.
• Coordinate quality checks and inventory updates for returned products.
• Track damaged, rejected, or missing inventory separately.
• Maintain visibility of orders, delivery delays, NDRs, RTOs, pending returns, GRNs, stock transfers, and inventory mismatches.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month.

Skills and Experience

• The role requires 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with Unicommerce/Uniware is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms, warehouses or 3PL partners, and courier operations is required.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and knowledge of GRN, gate pass, stock transfer, NDR, RTO, and reverse logistics processes are required.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving ability, and English communication are required.
