About the Role
We're looking for a driven professional with a strong operations and growth mindset to manage and develop our e-commerce store across both operational and marketing fronts.
The goal: boost sales performance, elevate customer experience, and turn traffic into measurable revenue, with a deep understanding of the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the e-commerce store on a daily basis
- Oversee orders from purchase through fulfillment and delivery
- Organize products and offers to improve conversion rates
- Analyze sales performance (orders, conversion rate, average order value)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to convert campaigns into sales results
- Manage and update product listings (descriptions, visuals, pricing)
- Analyze customer behavior in the Saudi market and recommend data-driven improvements
- Build offers and campaigns tailored to Saudi consumers
- Handle customer inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience
- Identify new opportunities to grow sales and revenue
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in the Saudi market with a strong grasp of consumer behavior
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores with measurable sales outcomes
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and conversion strategies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and advertising tools used in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to craft competitive offers that drive purchases
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
