About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Shopify store including product listings, inventory, and conversion rate optimization
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads
Achieve and improve ROAS targets through continuous campaign monitoring and optimization
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns relevant to the cosmetics/beauty space
Provide regular performance reports on ad spend, revenue, and key KPIs
Collaborate with the team or work independently to execute end-to-end marketing strategies
Requirements
Proven experience managing Shopify stores (portfolio required)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable ROAS
Experience
managing large product inventories on Shopify
Background in cosmetics, beauty, or skincare marketing
Ability to independently manage budgets, campaigns, and reporting
Strong analytical mindset with experience in competitor analysis
Experience
with influencer marketing and partnerships
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
