About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, sales-driven E-commerce / Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our UK online retail operations from our UAE office.
You will drive sales across multiple marketplaces and our own branded web stores, applying best practices, proven techniques, and current market trends to grow revenue and protect margin.
You'll be fully supported by an in-house developer and wider team, but the daily commercial running of the marketplaces will sit with you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across Amazon (FBA & FBM), eBay, The Range, Tesco, and other UK marketplaces
Build, maintain, and optimise multiple Wix-based business websites (working alongside our developer)
Create, optimise, and manage product listings, SEO, keywords, images, A+ content, and copy
Calculate and protect margins: factor in marketplace fees, fulfilment costs, ad spend, returns, VAT, and FX to price products competitively and profitably
Plan and manage Amazon FBA shipments, inventory levels, and stock forecasting across all channels
Launch and optimise PPC and digital ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google) for ROI
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve marketplace issues proactively
Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and growth opportunities
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, the in-house developer, and wider team
Report weekly on KPIs, sales, and margin to line manager and business leaders
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' hands-on B2C e-commerce experience
Experience
d & Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM), eBay, and UK third-party marketplaces such as The Range and Tesco
Comfortable on Wix or similar website platforms
Solid grasp of margin calculation, marketplace fee structures, and pricing strategy
Experience
with SEO best practices
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while reporting into business leaders
Excellent written and spoken English
