Role Overview
Build, grow, and manage online sales channels for gourmet food, specialty beverages, and FMCG products.
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms including Amazon, Noon, and Tradeling.
Drive sales, improve ROAS and conversion rates, and scale brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller onboarding, registration, documentation, brand registry, and marketplace account setup.
- Manage product catalogs, inventory, order fulfillment tracking, and seller account ratings.
- Brief designers on platform-compliant product images, A+ content, infographics, and ad banners.
- Launch and optimize sponsored ads across marketplace networks, Meta, and Google.
- Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad spend to optimize performance.
- Execute seasonal campaigns, flash sales, sponsored promotions, and deal events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of marketplace account setup, retail portal management, and PPC campaign experience.
- Ability to create design briefs and guide designers on platform-specific standards.
- Proven marketplace PPC and digital media advertising experience focused on ROAS targets.
- Immediate availability and commitment to a Monday-to-Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 5,001 per month.
Work Location
- On-site role in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
