Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an E-commerce Marketing Intern.
The intern will support day-to-day e-commerce activities such as assisting in the setup and optimization of online product listings, monitoring website performance, and helping to execute promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
include analyzing basic sales and traffic data, preparing simple performance reports, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
The intern will help respond to customer inquiries in coordination with the team, contribute to marketing content for product pages and social channels, and collaborate with designers and developers to align promotions with broader digital campaigns.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital and e-commerce marketing within a supportive, learning-focused environment.
This is an unpaid role.
Qualifications
- Commerce and basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online buying behavior.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales, traffic, and campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Customer service and sales skills to support customer interactions and assist in optimizing the online sales funnel.
- Interest in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools; familiarity with e-commerce or CMS platforms is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
