Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an E-Commerce Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days.
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, developing e-commerce strategies, and overseeing product listings and promotions.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing sales data, managing customer relationships, and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Negotiation to foster partnerships and optimize vendor collaborations
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to monitor e-commerce performance and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, address inquiries, and enhance satisfaction
- Proven experience in Sales to drive online revenue and achieve performance targets
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai e-commerce market and consumer behaviors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
