A UAE fashion company seeks an experienced, target-oriented E-Commerce Manager.
The role manages e-commerce platforms and online sales operations, with a focus on growing online revenue.
E-commerce and online sales
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and website content.
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, conversion rates, marketplace performance, and sales reports.
- Plan online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience for order processing, delivery, returns, and customer service.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and expand digital channels; stay up to date with e-commerce trends and digital marketing tools.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Fashion and apparel industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
