Role Description

The E‑Commerce Manager will oversee and optimize ACF’s online sales channels, ensuring a smooth digital purchasing experience for customers.

This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product listings, pricing, and inventory visibility on e-commerce platforms; monitoring online orders and coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment; and analyzing sales data to improve conversion, margin, and customer satisfaction.

The role also involves managing online promotions and campaigns, handling customer inquiries related to digital orders, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on digital initiatives, and preparing regular performance reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage online deals, pricing discussions, and partnerships with digital distributors or platforms.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends, and to recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to respond to online inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and basic digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, online promotions) is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools to track performance and prepare reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in B2B or industrial product sales, ideally within construction materials or manufacturing, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment in Abu Dhabi.
