Role Description
The E-commerce Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of the platform’s digital commercial activities, including online subscriptions, sponsored content packages, and partnership offerings.
This full-time remote role is responsible for optimizing the e-commerce funnel, managing product listings, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital touchpoints.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with editorial and marketing teams on campaign execution, and implementing strategies to grow online revenue and customer engagement.
The E-commerce Manager will manage sales pipelines related to digital products, support client onboarding, and maintain accurate reporting on transactions, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
The role also involves continuous improvement of e-commerce tools and processes, exploring new digital monetization opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the platform’s brand and audience needs.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online products, pricing, and digital revenue streams.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication and Marketing skills to coordinate campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and engage B2B clients.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or similar solutions).
- Background in B2B or media, preferably within industrial, automotive, or technology sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Southeast European markets or languages is an advantage.
