The role

WYCON is hiring an E-commerce Manager for its Dubai headquarters to lead and grow its online business in the UAE and international markets.

The role develops e-commerce strategy, drives online sales, and improves the digital customer experience in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and IT teams.

E-commerce and growth responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, product catalogue, and online merchandising.
  • Track sales, conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and customer retention.
  • Identify improvements to UX, conversion optimization, and the customer journey.
  • Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage CRM, email marketing, and customer-retention activities.
  • Analyze trends and competitors for growth opportunities; coordinate external agencies and technology partners.

Experience and technical qualifications

  • Requires 3–5 years of e-commerce management experience; beauty, fashion, or retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce analytics is required.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, SEO, and conversion optimization is required.

Other qualifications

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and passion for beauty, fashion, and digital innovation.
  • Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.
