E-Commerce Manager

Role overview

E-commerce and social media

• Manage Shopify products, images, descriptions, prices, collections, and promotions.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Coordinate online offers, promotions, and product campaigns and monitor website traffic and e-commerce performance.

Advertising and reporting

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing.
• Monitor leads, conversions, ROAS, CPC, campaign budgets, and overall ad performance.
• Check Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking and prepare basic weekly or monthly advertising and sales reports.

Customer inquiries and sales

• Handle inquiries through WhatsApp and social media, follow up with leads, and help convert inquiries into sales.

Required qualifications

• Strong Shopify experience and proven Meta Ads experience are required.
• Good Google Ads knowledge and understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and remarketing are required.
• Experience managing business social accounts, good English communication, strong sales follow-up and customer handling, and ability to manage budgets and improve campaigns are required.

Preferred qualifications

• Canva or basic content creation knowledge is advantageous.
• E-commerce, retail, online sales, or UAE digital marketing experience is preferred.

Pay and employment

• Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
• Employment type is full time.
