The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing the company's online sales channels, maintaining product listings, coordinating promotions, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms.
The role focuses on driving online revenue growth while maintaining accurate product information and inventory management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms including Amazon UAE, Noon, Carrefour UAE Marketplace, and the company website.
- Ensure product information, pricing, specifications, images, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor daily sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns with the digital marketing team.
- Process and track online orders, returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage inventory synchronization between ERP systems and online sales channels.
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and sales performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends within the UAE e-commerce sector.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
