• We are seeking a dynamic, analytical E-commerce Executive (on husband visa) to manage our online sales channels.
• You will be responsible for the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product visibility, improving conversion rates, and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Platform Management:** Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, company website), including product listings, image updates, and content optimization.
• **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.
• **Marketing & SEO:** Execute digital marketing campaigns, manage promotions, and optimize keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
• **Analysis & Reporting:** Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and conversion rates; generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs.
• **Inventory & Logistics:** Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• **Customer Service:** Address customer feedback and queries to maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• **Market Trends:** Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technology, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central or Noon.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
