E-Commerce Executive

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce channels, products, and orders across the company website and marketplaces.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Monitor stock and maintain accurate online inventory; coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Manage pricing, discounts, promotions, coupon codes, and online campaigns.
• Monitor competitors and improve product visibility, merchandising, and online conversion.
• Handle customer inquiries, order issues, returns, cancellations, and marketplace cases.
• Prepare sales reports and track sales, conversion, order value, cancellations, and returns.
• Coordinate with marketing on online advertising, promotions, and social media campaigns.
• Support online sales growth and identify new e-commerce opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an E-commerce Executive, E-commerce Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce websites.
• Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar platform experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of product listings, order and inventory management, and online promotions.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products and orders.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and written and spoken English skills.
• Basic digital marketing and online advertising understanding is an advantage.
• Retail, home products, household products, or similar category experience is preferred.
• Currently available in Ajman, able to join immediately, with a valid UAE spouse-sponsored residence visa and appropriate work authorization before starting.
