E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update online store products, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Create and schedule social media posts to promote products and increase engagement.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer messages and comments.
• Maintain inventory records and update stock availability.
• Prepare sales reports and track online business performance.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• **Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.**

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidate preferred.
• **Philippine national preferred.**
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer service, or social media management.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
