Role overview

E-commerce responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day B2B e-commerce activities.
• Manage product listings, catalogs, pricing, images, and website content.
• Handle website updates and coordinate e-commerce inquiries and orders.
• Manage and maintain lead and customer databases.
• Manage inquiry follow-ups.

Marketing responsibilities

• Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing activities.
• Assist with B2B lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Prepare basic digital marketing and e-commerce reports.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Explore new digital channels and tools to improve online business growth.

Required experience and knowledge

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Practical understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or GA4, Search Console, and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Advantageous qualifications

• Experience in Instagram Reel Marketing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Canva and AI-based marketing tools is advantageous.
• Hands-on practical knowledge is valued over theoretical knowledge alone.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
• Cell phone reimbursement is provided.

Work location

• Work is performed in person.
