About the role
Improve website performance and manage email and WhatsApp marketing for a fashion e-commerce business.
The role calls for practical ideas, independent execution, and strong follow-through.
Key responsibilities
- Improve website presentation, homepage content, collections, and product visibility.
- Identify website improvements, prepare clear briefs, and follow changes through to completion.
- Maintain campaign pages, promotional placements, and website content.
- Review the shopping journey and implement improvements to navigation and conversion.
- Set up and manage email and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Build, test, and launch campaigns for new arrivals, restocks, promotions, and customer reactivation.
- Develop customer segments and automated marketing journeys.
- Analyze website and campaign performance and implement practical improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven fashion retail or fashion e-commerce experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience with website merchandising and e-commerce platforms.
- Direct experience building email and WhatsApp campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
- Ability to analyze website traffic, conversion, sales, and campaign results.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, execute improvements, and follow up on results.
- Ready to join immediately in Qatar.
