Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce and Marketplace Manager role based in Riyadh.
The E-Commerce and Marketplace Manager will oversee daily online sales operations across the company’s website and third-party marketplaces, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
The role includes managing product catalogs, coordinating with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy, and monitoring order fulfillment and customer service standards.
The manager will analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
Responsibilities
also include coordinating digital campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, and collaborating with logistics, marketing, and procurement teams to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, including product listing, pricing, and promotion management.
- Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to drive sales growth and optimize conversion rates.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as SEO, online merchandising, and campaign coordination.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and coordination with logistics or fulfillment teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work across marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
- Ability to use e-commerce tools, spreadsheets, and analytical dashboards; comfort working with numbers and KPIs.
- Previous experience in the food, retail, or FMCG sector, especially in organic or healthy products, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
