You’ll combine strong digital shelf execution with customer-focused activation plans and assets that support agreed sales initiatives.
Working across FMC and KCP, you’ll turn eCommerce and channel plans into strong customer execution, manage our digital shelf presence and use performance insights to identify opportunities to grow sales, market share and profitability.
This role is planned to commence in early January 2027.
Your key responsibilities will include:
eCommerce
Execute Arbex’s eCommerce strategy across pure-play and omnichannel customers and marketplaces for FMC and KCP
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow sales, market share and profitability
Manage product content, catalogues and retailer syndication through the SKU Library and Salsify, driving strong digital shelf performance across content quality, availability, search visibility, ratings and reviews
Coordinate new product launches to ensure online readiness and support retailer digital media and promotional activity, including Coles 360 and WooliesX, to improve campaign performance and return on investment
Retail & Channel Activation
Develop and execute channel and shopper activation plans and assets with priority customers and distributors, primarily for FMC with occasional KCP support
Maintain a rolling 12-month channel activation calendar and manage activation budgets against agreed sales initiatives
Review activation performance against agreed objectives and budgets, using learnings to improve future activity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Hands-on eCommerce experience across retailers or marketplaces, including product content, digital shelf execution and online launch readiness
Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical actions that support sales, market share and profitability
Experience developing and delivering retail or shopper activation plans and assets, including coordinating activation calendars and managing budgets against agreed sales initiatives
