Role overview

Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sales customer technical issues through level 1, 2, or 3 support, depending on product complexity.
• Use technical expertise and analytical thinking to implement policies and strategies.
• Apply best practices and knowledge of how the function integrates with other areas; understand competitors and market differentiators.
• Develop solutions beyond set parameters for complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles.
• Use internal and limited external resources to support decisions.
• Support less experienced colleagues, help teams reach consensus, and communicate performance expectations.
• Lead small, low-risk projects and handle sensitive issues.

Basic qualifications

• Requires advanced experience in a technical discipline.
• Expected knowledge is comparable to a bachelor's degree, or a high-school diploma with relevant experience.
