Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Experience
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, electronics, instrumentation, or electro-mechanical environments.
• Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for multi-site operations, operational excellence, or supply chain functions.
• Demonstrated success leading Lean transformations and enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting acquisition due diligence, integration activities, and operational synergy realization.
• Proven success implementing global manufacturing strategies and low-cost region initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI, analytics, automation, and digital technologies to improve operational performance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% Domestic and International
• Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, Standard Work, and Visual Management.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L management, working capital, and operational financial drivers.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across a matrixed global organization.
• Strong project management, change management, and organizational leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, Microsoft 365, and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
