Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dubai Municipality Approved Licensed Civil Engineer (G+4)
to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising civil construction projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage G+4 building construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and approval requirements.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports.
- Obtain necessary approvals and permits related to project execution.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Dubai Municipality License for G+4 buildings.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval processes.
- Excellent project management and site supervision skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
