Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Treasury professional to manage end-to-end financial operations, treasury functions, and P&L oversight for our EPC substation and power infrastructure projects based in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings strong EPC project finance experience combined with treasury and banking relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounts

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for EPC projects
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IFRS
• Handle project-wise P&L, CTC, revenue recognition, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit closure
• Ensure UAE VAT, statutory, and regulatory compliance

Treasury & Banking

• Manage LC, BG, overdraft, and credit facilities with banks
• Monitor daily cash flow, fund planning, and working capital
• Handle forex exposure and treasury optimization
• Liaise with banks for project financing and facility management

P&L Management

• Own project-level P&L and align with AOP and forecasts
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and management dashboards
• Track billing milestones, collections, and receivables aging
• Support management with financial KPIs and business review decks

Commercial Support

• Support billing, invoicing, and client collections
• Review contract payment terms, LD clauses, and retention
• Coordinate subcontractor billing and payment processing
• Assist in variation claims and price escalation submissions

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance — mandatory
• 8–12 years experience in Finance, Treasury, and P&L
• EPC project experience — mandatory (Power, Substation, T&D, Infrastructure)
• International project exposure preferred — Africa, Middle East
• Gulf experience preferred
• Immediate to 30-day joiner preferred
• Valid passport mandatory
