Union Migration Consultants (UMC) is conducting a Walk-In Interview for the position of **Immigration Sales Consultant**.
Job Description
The Immigration Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end immigration process, including eligibility assessments, documentation review, form completion, and application submissions.
Responsibilities include advising on suitable visa and migration options, keeping clients informed about timelines, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
The role involves staying updated on immigration rules and policy changes, coordinating with external stakeholders or authorities when needed, and maintaining accurate client records.
The Immigration Consultant will also support business development activities by contributing to service improvements and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client immigration requirements and provide guidance
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
- Prepare customized immigration solutions and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with immigration laws and policies
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic, Hindi, English, Sinhalese, Malayalam, or Nepalese
- Experience in immigration consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Target-driven and professional attitude
