Overview
Job responsibilities
1. Core Recruitment Landing: Deeply align with the needs of the overseas BD team, responsible for the full life cycle hiring process of all overseas BD positions (including BD specialists, BD supervisors, regional BD managers, etc.), including demand diagnosis, onboarding follow-up and probation period management, accurately matching BD business talent needs, ensuring team staffing, and controlling recruitment timeline and quality.
2. Incentive system design and implementation : Focus on the business characteristics of overseas BD teams (such as performance orientation, cross-regional operations, target decomposition), design and optimize targeted incentive systems, covering performance incentives, special project incentives, promotion incentives, long-term incentives, etc., linkage salary performance module, promote the implementation of incentive policies, track incentive effects, adjust and optimize in a timely manner, stimulate the enthusiasm and combat effectiveness of BD teams, and help achieve performance goals.
3. Business Partner Collaboration: As the exclusive HR partner of the overseas BD team, deeply integrate into the business, understand the overseas BD business model, regional market characteristics and team pain points, regularly communicate with the BD team leader and core members, provide professional human resources support, and jointly solve related issues such as team personnel management, capacity enhancement, and atmosphere building.
4. Team capacity enhancement : Identify team capacity gaps based on the current status of overseas BD team talent and business development needs, coordinate training modules, design and implement targeted training empowerment programs (such as BD skills, negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication, overseas market compliance, etc.) to enhance the overall professional ability and comprehensive literacy of the team and build a BD talent pipeline.
5. Employee Relations and Atmosphere Building: Responsible for managing the employee relations of the overseas BD team, including employee interviews, complaint handling, labor-management coordination, and avoiding employee relations risks; planning and organizing team-building activities based on the characteristics of the BD team, creating a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, enhancing employee belonging and cohesion, and reducing the Attrition Rate of core talents.
6. Compliance and Risk Control: Familiar with labor laws, employment policies, and BD business-related compliance requirements in overseas target areas to ensure legal compliance in recruitment, incentives, and employee relations; establish an overseas BD team's human resources risk early warning mechanism to avoid various risks such as recruitment compliance, incentive compliance, and labor disputes.
7. Data review and optimization : Establish an overseas BD team human resources related data tracking system, regularly count core data such as recruitment completion rate, probation period pass rate, talent Attrition Rate, incentive policy coverage rate, team satisfaction, output review report, analyze existing problems and propose optimization suggestions, and continuously improve the efficiency of human resources support.

XFN Collaboration: Coordinate with the headquarters' human resources modules (recruitment, compensation and performance, training, employee relations) and relevant departments in overseas regions to implement human resources policies and projects in the overseas BD team, and ensure efficient collaboration of all work.
Job requirements:
1.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Human Resource Planning, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, International Trade, etc. are preferred; those with overseas study or work experience, familiar with overseas BD business scenarios, and understanding of overseas BD team members and organizational culture will be given extra points.
2.
Experience
10 years or more of human resources-related work experience, with at least 6 years of practical experience in HRBP,Solid experience in full life cycle hiring process and incentive system design; Those with experience in HRBP work for overseas BD teams and sales teams, familiar with the characteristics of overseas talent markets and BD business models; those with overseas HRBP experience in large and medium-sized enterprises and multinational companies are preferred.
3.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin, English as a working language (excellent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to independently liaise with overseas BD teams, candidates and partners, and write English recruitment copy, incentive plans, review reports, etc.

1. 核心招聘落地:深度对接海外BD团队需求,负责海外BD全岗位(BD专员、BD主管、区域BD经理等)招聘全流程运营,包括需求诊断、入职跟进及试用期管理,精准匹配BD业务人才需求,保障团队人员供给,控制招聘时效与质量。
2. 激励体系设计与落地:聚焦海外BD团队业务特性(如业绩导向、跨区域作战、目标拆解),设计并优化针对性的激励体系,涵盖业绩激励、专项激励、晋升激励、长期激励等,联动薪酬绩效模块,推动激励政策落地执行,跟踪激励效果,及时调整优化,激发BD团队积极性与战斗力,助力业绩目标达成。
3. 业务伙伴协同:作为海外BD团队专属HR伙伴,深度融入业务,了解海外BD业务模式、区域市场特点及团队痛点,定期与BD团队负责人、核心成员沟通,提供人力资源专业支持,联动解决团队人员管理、能力提升、氛围建设等相关问题。
4. 团队能力提升:结合海外BD团队人才现状与业务发展需求,识别团队能力短板,协同培训模块,设计并落地针对性的培训赋能计划(如BD技能、谈判技巧、跨文化沟通、海外市场合规等),提升团队整体专业能力与综合素养,搭建BD人才梯队。
5. 员工关系与氛围建设:负责海外BD团队员工关系管理,包括员工访谈、投诉处理、劳资协调,规避员工关系风险;结合BD团队特性,策划并组织团队建设活动,营造积极向上、协作共赢的团队氛围,提升员工归属感与凝聚力,降低核心人才流失率。
6. 合规与风险管控:熟悉海外目标区域劳动法规、用工政策及BD业务相关合规要求,确保招聘、激励、员工关系等工作合法合规;建立海外BD团队人力资源风险预警机制,规避招聘合规、激励合规、劳资纠纷等各类风险。
7. 数据复盘与优化:建立海外BD团队人力资源相关数据追踪体系,定期统计招聘完成率、试用期通过率、人才流失率、激励政策覆盖率、团队满意度等核心数据,输出复盘报告,分析存在的问题并提出优化建议,持续提升人力资源支撑效能。
8. 跨部门协同:联动总部人力资源各模块(招聘、薪酬绩效、培训、员工关系)及海外各区域相关部门,推动人力资源政策、项目在海外BD团队落地,保障各项工作协同高效推进。
任职要求:
1. 学历:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、外语类、国际贸易等相关专业优先;有海外留学或海外工作经历,熟悉海外BD业务场景者加分,了解海外BD团队人员及组织文化。
2. 经验:拥有10年及以上人力资源相关工作经验,其中至少6年HRBP实操经验,具备扎实的招聘全流程经验及激励体系设计经验;有海外BD团队、销售团队HRBP工作经验者,熟悉海外人才市场特点、BD业务模式者;有大中型企业、跨国企业海外HRBP经验者优先。
3. 语言:普通话流利,英语可作为流利工作语言(听说读写俱佳),能独立对接海外BD团队、候选人及海外合作伙伴,撰写英文招聘文案、激励方案、复盘报告等。
