1---岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities)1. 全球资金管理与支付 (Global Treasury & Payment) - 负责公司及海外关联公司（如迪拜、马来西亚等）的日常资金收付，严格执行现金管理制度和结算制度。 - 熟练处理多币种（人民币、港币、迪拉姆 AED、马来西亚币等）及虚拟资产（如 USDT）的收付与核算，确保汇率转换准确。

2. 资金与对账差异处理 (reconciliation and treasury management) - 负责现金日记账、银行存款日记账的登记，做到账实相符；及时编制各类资金报表。 - 差异调查与解决：调查并解决对账过程中出现的任何资金差异与不符，与相关部门（如运营，客服等）协作，直至问题解决。 - 配合财务团队完成跨国资金流转的账务处理，确保税务合规及支付架构的严谨性。

3. 薪酬与员工福利发放 (Payroll & Benefits) - 协助人力资源部进行全球员工薪酬的核算与发放，涉及不同国家 / 地区的薪酬结构、税务扣除及跨境支付流程。 - 负责员工备用金管理、借款清理及离职资金结算，配合 HR 完成员工离职全流程中的财务节点。

4. 票据与档案管理 (Document & Compliance Management) - 负责支票、汇票、印鉴章等重要票据的保管与使用登记，严格把控票据风险。 - 整理归档全球各地的财务凭证、合同及税务相关文件，配合内外部审计及合规检查。

任职要求 (Job Requirements)

1. 教育背景 (Education) - 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业优先，持有会计从业资格证者优先。 - 有跨国公司或跨境支付经验者优先。

2. 工作经验 (Experience) - 3 年-5年出纳工作经验，熟悉国家财经法规、税务政策及外汇管理规定。 - 有处理多币种资金业务、国际结算及跨境支付经验者优先。 - 了解加密货币相关合规架构及支付流程者将列为显著加分项。

3. 专业技能 (Skills) - 熟练操作财务软件（如用友、金蝶）及 Office 办公软件（Excel，特别是 VLOOKUP、数据透视表），能高效处理复杂数据。 - 具备优秀的中英文双语沟通与书写能力，能直接对接海外团队进行英文邮件沟通及文档处理。 - 对数字敏感，做事细致严谨，原则性强，具备高度的责任心和安全意识。

Global Treasury & Payment - Responsible for the daily cash receipt and payment of the company and its overseas affiliates (such as Dubai, Malaysia, etc.), and strictly implement the cash management system and settlement system. - Proficient in handling multiple currencies (RMB, HKD, Dirham AED, Malaysian Dollar, etc.) and virtual assets (such as USDT) payment and accounting, to ensure accurate exchange rate conversion.2. Funds and reconciliation discrepancies ( reconciliation and treasury management ) - Responsible for recording the cash diary and bank deposit diary to ensure that the accounts match the actual situation; prepare various financial reports in a timely manner. - Investigation and resolution of discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies and inconsistencies that arise during the reconciliation process, collaborating with relevant departments (such as operations, customer service, etc.) until the issue is resolved. - Work with the finance team to complete the accounting processing of cross-border capital flow, ensure tax compliance and the strictness of the payment structure.3. Payroll and Benefits Issuance (Payroll & Benefits) - Assist Human Resources in calculating and distributing global employee salaries, involving salary structures, tax deductions, and cross-border transfer processes in different countries/regions. - Responsible for the management of employee reserve funds, loan clearance, and settlement of departure funds, cooperating with HR to complete the financial nodes in the entire process of employee departure.4. Document & Compliance Management (票据与档案管理) - Responsible for the safekeeping and registration of important documents such as checks, money orders, and stamp seals, and strictly control the risk of these documents. - Organize and archive financial vouchers, contracts, and tax-related documents from around the world, and cooperate with internal and external audits and compliance checks.Job Requirements1.

Background (Education) - Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, accounting, finance, etc. is preferred, and those with accounting qualification certificates are preferred. - Experience in multinational companies or cross-border transfer is preferred.2. Work Experience (Experience) - 3-5 years of cashier work experience, familiar with national financial regulations, tax policies and foreign exchange management regulations. - Experience in handling multi-currency fund transactions, international settlements, and cross-border transfers is preferred. - Those who understand the compliance structure and payment process related to cryptocurrency will be given significant bonus points.3. Professional skills - Proficient in operating financial software (such as UFIDA and Kingdee) and Office work software (Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Table), able to handle complex data efficiently. - Possessing excellent bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to directly engage with overseas teams for English email communication and document processing. - Sensitive to numbers, meticulous and rigorous, with strong principles, high sense of responsibility and safety awareness.4.
