Dubai Campus & Community Lead — Founding Cohort
Hytribe · Part-Time · 10–12 hrs/week · Remote + Dubai Coworking Access
Hytribe is building belonging infrastructure for enterprises and universities — starting in Dubai.
We help newcomers connect to community from day one, and we're building the product with the city before we scale it to the world.
We are opening
3 spots
in our Dubai Founding Cohort for students or recent graduates who want to be part of building a global company from its first chapter in the UAE.
This is not a typical internship.
There is no task list, no manager checking your hours, and no certificate at the end that nobody reads.
There is a mission: help Hytribe sign its first 3 university pilot partners in Dubai by the end of the cohort.
If you do that, your name is on the founding story.
That is worth more than most internships pay.
Your Mission
- Own Hytribe's Dubai university and student community channel.
- That means:
- Mapping and reaching out to student organisations, international offices, and campus communities at UAEU, Zayed University, AUS, DIAC, and Academic City
- Building relationships with VP Student Affairs and international student coordinators
- Representing Hytribe at campus events, student forums, and expat community gatherings
- Converting conversations into signed pilot agreements with 3 partner institutions
- You will work directly with Elijah (CEO) and report your progress weekly.
- You will be given everything you need — the deck, the playbook, the contacts — and full autonomy on execution.

This role is
unpaid for now.
We will not pretend otherwise.
What we can promise is that the experience, the network, and the proof of what you built will be worth more to your career than most paid internships in the city.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need sales experience.
You need to care about the problem, be comfortable talking to strangers, and follow through on what you say you will do.
Specifically
- A current student or recent graduate based in Dubai or the UAE
- Someone who has personally experienced relocating to a new city — or who works closely with international students
- A builder who wants to own something real, not assist with someone else's work
- Available for a minimum 3-month commitment starting immediately
