**Job Title:** Business Consultant (Company Formation) -Arabic Speaker
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Job Type:** Salary + Commission-Based (High Commission per Deal)
Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Consultant to manage leads and close company formation deals for UAE business setup services.
Key Responsibilities
Consult leads and recommend the right license/package
Close deals and coordinate documentation and payments
Follow up with clients and keep clear status updates
Support the team with smooth handover to PRO/government processing
Experience
in sales and client handling (UAE business setup experience is a plus)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Organized follow-up and professional communication
Compensation
High commission per successful deal (details in interview)
