About This Role
Overview
Flexible work setup: Dubai office or remote.
The ideal candidate will be involved with checking Supplier SoA, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier reconciliations
- Generate accounts receivable and accounts payable reports for suppliers
- Bank reconcillations
- Review and verify correct payment postings to vendor accounts
- Ensure timely procurement order closure in CRM Bitrix by employees
- Compile and analyze financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with Wafeq accounting software (or Xero as similar software)
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel
- Russian and English languages knowledge
- Background in aviation-related businesses is an asset
