Key Responsibilities

• Monitor international markets, industry platforms, and information sources to identify new projects, tenders, ITB/RFQ opportunities, and business development prospects
• Conduct market research and analysis of potential clients, operators, EPC contractors, and strategic partners
• Support the company’s market entry strategy and expansion into target regions
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, consultants, suppliers, and local representatives
• Participate in pre-qualification, vendor registration, and other client/operator registration processes
• Organize and coordinate meetings, presentations, and business negotiations with prospective clients and partners
• Support tender preparation processes in coordination with technical, commercial, and procurement departments
• Coordinate information exchange between internal departments during proposal preparation and project development activities
• Prepare analytical reports on markets, competitors, potential projects, and commercial opportunities
• Support management in the development of the company’s strategic business directions
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, energy
• Understanding of EPC project structure, tendering processes, and coordination between technical and commercial teams
• Experience in business development, international markets, or commercial project support
• Strong business communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary international environment
• Fluent working proficiency in English and Russian
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
