Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.
They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s overall financial strategy
Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Manage and optimize cash flow
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage financial risks
Ensure tax compliance and adherence to accounting standards
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and business partners
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
🎓 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management
At least 2+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset
Fluency in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus)
