About This Role
Job Description
- التواصل مع الجهات والمؤسسات الوقفية بهدف إستقطابهم للحصول على علامة دبي للوقف.
- زيارة الجهات والمؤسسات الوقفية لاطلاعهم على معايير وشروط حصولهم على علامة دبي للوقف.
- إعداد تقارير دورية بعدد الطلبات المقدمة للحصول على علامة دبي للوقف وحالتها.
- التواصل مع المتقدمين بطلب الحصول على علامة دبي للوقف وموافاتهم بالنتائج.
- المشاركة في تنفيذ أنشطة وبرامج الترويج لعلامة دبي للوقف بالتعاون مع الوحدات التنظيمية.
- المشاركة في تنفيذ المشاريع والمبادرات المبتكرة في مجال الوقف بهدف توعية المجتمع وتعزيز مفهوم الابتكار في الوقف .
- التقيد بنظام أمن المعلومات، وإبلاغ المسؤول المباشر عن أية خروقات أمنية أو حوادث مريبة.
- تأدية أي مهام أخرى ذات علاقة بعمل القسم أو حسب توجيهات المسؤول المباشر.
Qualifications
- شهادة البكالوريوس خبرة 2 سنة في مجال الأوقاف أو الشؤون القانونية أو الخدمات الحكومية.
- شهادة دبلوم تتطلب خبرة 4 سنوات في مجال خدمات الوقف.
