Overview
Job Title: Business Development, Maintenance, and Decor Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies for the Dubai market.
Secure and manage annual maintenance contracts for various properties (apartments, villas, commercial spaces, etc.).
Lead and expand the decor division, focusing on interior design projects for residential and commercial clients.
Manage and mentor the team using modern, efficient leadership techniques.
Qualifications:
Extensive practical experience in business development, maintenance, and interior decor.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Dubai market
