About This Role
Job Overview:
We recruit an experienced Sales Manager responsible for local coatings business development and account management.
Preferred candidates are local Arab nationals or Chinese talents proficient in Arabic, capable of competing and expanding market share against mainstream local coating brands.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
1.
Formulate and implement regional sales plans, fulfill annual sales revenue and profit targets, analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to optimize sales tactics.
2.
Maintain long-term stable partnerships with developers, contractors, distributors and industrial clients, explore new project opportunities and expand customer resources.
3.
Conduct business negotiation, tender bidding and contract signing, follow up order delivery and payment collection to guarantee smooth project execution.
4.
Track local industry trends, customer demands and rival market moves, feed back valid information to support product and marketing adjustment.
5.
Cooperate with technical, logistics and marketing teams, provide on-site technical support, participate in industry events and enhance local brand influence.
6.
Compile regular sales reports and forecasts, complete daily sales management work.
Qualifications
1.
Hold bachelor degree or above, over 5 years sales management experience in paint and coating industry, familiar with UAE local market operation rules.
2.
Be Arab national or Chinese staff with fluent oral and written Arabic; proficient business English is required.
3.
Possess mature local customer resources and industry connections, familiar with architectural, industrial and protective coating product knowledge and application scenarios.
4.
Strong negotiation, communication and business development capabilities, target-oriented with outstanding performance record.
5.
Good data analysis ability, skilled in office software and customer management system.
6.
Resident in UAE, willing to travel across emirates for business visits.
