About This Role

We are looking for a skilled DTF Printer Operator & Sublimation Specialist who can manage printing operations efficiently and maintain high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain DTF printing machines
  • Handle sublimation printing on T-shirts and other products
  • Prepare print files (basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator preferred)
  • Ensure color accuracy and print quality
  • Perform heat pressing and finishing of garments
  • Manage daily production workflow and meet deadlines
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in DTF and sublimation printing
  • Knowledge of RIP software is a plus
  • Basic design/editing skills
  • Ability to handle machines independently
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Must be currently available in UAE

Preferred:

  • Experience in garment printing industry
  • Knowledge of heat press and fabric types
  • Fast learner and team player
